VISA PROCESS
Anyone intending to travel to Saudi Arabia needs to request a visa first. Please note that in order to be granted a visa, you need to be in possession of a passport that is valid for at least six months (or the entire period of your stay, whichever is longer) with two blank visa pages facing each other, and you need someone who will sponsor your visa application.
Saudi Arabia doesn’t recognize dual citizenship, so you should avoid carrying two passports with you at any time.
Please also note that if your passport in any way indicates that you have recently visited Israel, you might be refused a visa to Saudi Arabia or have trouble entering the country.
Visa applications should be addressed to the nearest Saudi Embassy or Consulate in your legal country of residence.
In order to be granted a visa you need to fulfill certain requirements, which vary according to the purpose of your visit. Your Saudi Embassy or Consulate will be able to provide you with detailed information. There are various types of visas available to people wishing to visit Saudi Arabia, some of which are listed below.
EMPLOYMENT VISA
Saudi Arabia, like all other countries, requires that expatriate employees hold an employment visa.
Documents required
- Original of WAKALA (Power of Attorney) in which the authorization is given to M/s ZAIREEN TRAVEL SERVICE for recruiting and processing the visa.
- Visa Slip (Copy or original).
- Original Passport along with previous passport if any.
- The validity of the passport should should more than 7 months as panel doctors won’t conduct medical formalities.
- If the candidate traveled previously on an employment visa, and did not complete 6 months from the date of departure from K.S.A, a N.O.C from the previous sponsor preferably with attestation from Chamber of Commerce.
- Twelve 6 x 4 cm sized colour photographs (White background).
- Medical report from a panel Doctor as approved GAMCA.
- Minimum age required 21 years.
- The upper age limit for employment visa endorsement is 50 years.
- Ladies tailor category the minimum age requirement is 35 years.
- As per new directive we need a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) the same is issued from PASSPORT OFFICES to INDIAN PASSPORT holders going on EMPLOYMENT ABROAD.
- Authorization is done through any Estekhdam office in the Kingdom for all Normal Categories.
- For all Domestic categories v.i.z. House Drivers, House cook, House worker and as those listed in MUSANED SITE the authorization has to be done through MUSANED appointed Recruiting Offices only.
- We have done Partnership Contracts with many Saudi Recruiting Offices and will coordinate and expedite in preparing Authorization and processing visas.
Documents as per profession:
DRIVER – Original driving license
TECHNICIANS – Diploma certificate
ENGINEERS – Degree certificate in the related branch with Saudi Embassy Delhi attestation
MEDICAL FIELD – Related Diploma/Degree with Saudi Embassy Delhi attestation
PARAMEDICAL – Related Diploma/Degree with Saudi Embassy Delhi attestation
FAMILY VISIT VISA

Documents required
- 5 color photographs each (6 x 4cm, white background).
- Passport must have six months validity.
- Separate passports for children.
- Original or copy of visa slip.
- Copy of Iqama & passport of the Sponsor.
- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION – For Unmarried Daughters need an undertaking/declaration from parent that she is still a dependent.
RESIDENCE VISA
Anyone who wish to stay in the Kingdom for more than three months must have a residence permit (Iqama)
Documents required
- 5 color photographs each (6 x 4cm, white background).
- Validity of passport should be more than 7 months for those eligible to undergo medical check up.
- Separate passport for children.
- Original or copy of visa slip.
- Medical report from a panel doctor approved by GAMCA is mandatory for all aged 12 and above.
- Polio certificate for child upto the age of 12 years.
- Sponsor’s (spouses and parents) passport copy as well as Aqama copy, (first and last page).
BUSINESS VISIT VISA
For a short business visit, e.g. as a representative of your company, a sales representative, an investor, or for a similar purpose, you can apply for a Business Visa.
Documents required
- 5 color photographs each (6 x 4cm, white background).
- Passport must have a validity of minimum six months.
- Invitation Letter from Sponsor or Visa Order from Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- A recommendation letter addressed to Consulate/Embassy from the company/firm of the visa applicant.
- A recommendation letter from concerned Chamber of Commerce addressed to Consulate/Embassy.
- Copy of commercial registration of the Company/Sponsor.
RE-ENTRY EXTENSION
Enables one to apply for the extension of expired re-entry visas for their families
Documents required
- 5 color photographs each (6 x 4cm, white background).
- Passport with re-entry visa print out.
- A letter addressed to Consulate/Embassy requesting extension duly attested by Chamber of commerce.
- A computer print out from ‘Jawazath’ (passport office) in the Kingdom.
- Departure from Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after 7 months no extension will be possible.
CHILD (NEW BORN) VISA ENDORSEMENT
For parents who have their Iqama, but their baby is born outside of KSA and now want to bring the baby back to KSA.
Documents required
- Passport of child.
- Passport of mother with valid re –entry visa.
- Original of birth certificate.
- Original polio certificate duly attested by Consulate/Embassy.
- Iqama and passport copy of sponsor.
DOCUMENT ATTESTATION
Embassy attestation and apostille services are required for employees who wish to move to KSA
- Marriage, birth & death certificate can be attested from Consulate/Embassy.
- Attestations of educational degrees and Diplomas is done by the Saudi Cultural Attaché Office, Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, New Delhi.
- If the certificate is in any Indian regional language same has to be translated into English language first by approved translator.
RELIGIOUS VISAS
Religious visas are issued to Muslims all over the world wishing to perform Umrah or Haj. The Holy Cities of Makkah and Madinah are the center of activities for such visits.
HAJJ VISA
There are many Authorized Private Tour operators who arrange Haj tours apart from the Haj Committe of India (Statutory body of Ministry of Minority Affairs – Govt. of India), all details can be obtained from their website.
- Valid Passport.
- Present the required health certificates and vaccinations.
- Confirmed round-trip air ticket to/from Saudi Arabia.
- Provide a legal Mahram with official document, women who are either (45) years and older can be granted visas within a safe group.
UMRAH VISA
The Kingdom has now initiated a new regulation for performing UMRAH all around the calendar year.
- Valid passport.
- Present the required health certificates and vaccinations.
- Provide a legal Mahram with official document, women who are either (45) years and older can be granted visas within a safe group.
- Granting UMRAH visa now begins from Muharram.
Note: Pilgrims should be accompanied by their Mehrams, relationship proof has to be provided at the time of obtaining visa.
TOURIST VISA
REQUIREMENTS – Subject to Approval of Saudi Authorities

TRANSIT VISA
REQUIREMENTS – For those who are booked via KSA with layover above 12 hours need to avail TRANSIT VISA and the requirement is ONWARD CONFIRMED TICKET AND VALID VISA OF THE DESTINATION COUNTRY.
